What information do I need to provide to make my reservation?
When you make a reservation at Villa Marie Saint Barth, we will ask you to provide the information below:
- Name and surname
- Postal address
- Mobile phone number
- Name and surname of other participants in the trip.
If a deposit is required, we will also ask you for your credit card details to make the payment.
Can you assure me that I will get the best rate guaranteed?
If you book directly on our hotel's website or contact our call centre on +590 5 90 77 53 03, we guarantee you the best available rate.
What do I have to give to guarantee my reservation?
In order to guarantee your reservation at Villa Marie Saint Barth we will ask you to pay a deposit of 50 or 100% of the total amount of your stay depending on the rate and the period chosen. You can pay this deposit by bank transfer, cheque or credit card (3D secure).
If I have to cancel my booking what are the conditions?
In the case of flexible rates, if you cancel 30 days before the start of your stay, we will refund the full amount of the deposit paid. If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Do I have to pay a tourist tax?
In Saint Barth, the tourist tax is not applied. There is a compulsory tourist tax of 5%. It is not included in the rate and must be paid at the end of the stay.
Is it possible to have communicating or family rooms?

Are the rooms equipped with baby cots?
All room categories in our hotel allow you to add a baby bed. On request, we also offer a baby care service for €30 per day, including: bathrobe, plush, slippers, mattress, bottle warmer, baby bed and bath thermometer.
Can the room accommodate an extra bed?
No extra beds can be added in our bungalows.
Do the rooms have a terrace or bacon?
All rooms in our hotel have a covered and open terrace or a railing.
Will I have a bath in my room?
You will find a bathtub in all our rooms.
