ARTICLE 10 - AMENDMENTS AND JURISDICTION

The present General Conditions of Use are governed by French law and language. The user of the Villa Marie Saint-Barth website accepts that any dispute or grievance relating to the operation of this service shall be settled before a court of law within the jurisdiction of Villa Marie Saint-Barth.
