Flexible tariffs 2022/2023

Deposit* : 50% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the reservation.

Cancellation*: no charge up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: the total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

*Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different conditions.

*Special conditions on the Christmas and New Year period (from 17/12/2022 to 07/01/2023):

Deposit: Beyond the 50% requested at the time of confirmation, the balance of the stay is to be paid 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation: The full amount of the stay is retained in case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival.

Prepaid rates

Deposit: 100% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation: The full amount of the prepayment will be retained for any cancellation.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different conditions.

General terms and conditions of sale (applicable to all rates) :

Supplements applicable from the 3rd person in a room per night:

- Room and breakfast : Adult and child over 12 years: 100 € / Child 3-12 years: 85 €.

- Half-board room: Adult and child over 12 years: 170 € / Child 3-12 years: 135 €.

Baby care: 30€ per day

Animal: 35 € per day excluding food.

Tourist tax: The compulsory tourist tax of 5% is excluded from the rate and must be paid at the end of the stay. There is no VAT.

Parking: free (valet parking).

Arrival: The room is available from 4pm.

Departure: The room must be vacated by 12.00 noon at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure after this time.

Non-smoking rooms: Please note that all rooms in our hotel are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning the room.
